Chart a condition or treatment
- Open the patient's chart and make sure there is an open assessment. If there is none, select New assessment.
- Select the Conditions or Existing panel and pick a tool.
- Select a tooth. For surface work, select the surface in the tooth's small diagram.
- The result appears as a dashed draft finding in your open assessment. Select it again to undo it.
- For treatment, select the Treatment panel, pick a procedure and select the tooth. The item is added to the draft treatment plan.
A care panel adds a whole set of plan items for the tooth you choose, in one click. Examples are a hygiene visit, a crown package, a root canal with post and core and crown, an extraction with an implant, and paediatric prevention.
