Open and manage a pregnancy episodeA pregnancy episode follows one pregnancy from the first visit to delivery or loss. Antenatal visits, the delivery and postnatal visits all attach to it.
Record antenatal visits and act on alertsAt each antenatal visit you record the measurements and tests. The system checks them against safety limits and raises an alert when one needs action.
Record labour and deliveryThe delivery record documents labour, the birth and the mother's outcome. It is finalised only when every newborn is recorded and finalised.
Record a newbornEach baby has their own patient record and a newborn record linked to the delivery. The newborn record holds birth measurements, APGAR scores and the first-hours care.
Track child growthGrowth measurements are compared with WHO growth references. The result is shown as z-scores, percentiles and a class so that faltering growth is easy to see.
