Manage approved clinical concepts

Maintains the approved clinical concepts used for diagnoses, allergies, observations, and other configured care records.
Explain that each concept has a code, name, type, local terminology source, version, effective dates, and approval status. The organisation must use its approved terminology and licensing arrangements; free-text replacement is not a substitute for a governed clinical concept. Explain that a concept should be approved before production use and retired rather than deleted when it is no longer current.
