Use the telemedicine Command Centre

Available to

Clinicians, nurses, registration officers and managers.

The Command Centre is the dashboard for virtual care. Open Telemedicine → Command Centre. It shows the day as it happens, refreshes every 30 seconds, and its timers tick every second.

The Command Centre: a consultation on air, five rings, the needs-attention list, the next sessions, two weeks of consultations, the voice and AI studio, busiest hours, platforms and clinician workload.

The components

ComponentWhat it shows
On air nowConsultations in progress, with a live timer, progress against the planned length, the platform, the voice-note count and the AI-consent flag. A call that overruns turns amber.
RingsToday's completed against total, the 30-day show rate, average against planned length, calls without technical issues, and voice notes transcribed.
Needs attentionOverrunning calls, missed sessions to mark as no-show, consent not recorded or a meeting link missing for sessions starting within the hour, AI drafts waiting for review, and voice notes without a transcript.
Up nextThe next sessions with a countdown and readiness chips for consent, link and audio notes.
Two weeksDaily bars stacked by outcome: completed, live, planned, no-show and cancelled.
Voice & AI studioVoice notes and dictation time this week, the AI draft funnel (awaiting review, accepted, discarded), and the audio and AI consent rates.
Busiest hoursA day-by-hour heat map of the last 30 days.
Video platforms and Clinician workloadThe share of consultations on each platform, and the sessions and average length for each clinician.

Work from the dashboard

  1. Look at Needs attention first. Select an item to open the session, voice note or draft it is about.
  2. Check Up next. Each session shows readiness chips for consent, link and audio notes. Fix a red chip before the call.
  3. To mark a missed session as a no-show, open it from Needs attention and select No Show.
  4. Use the facility and session filters at the top, then select Refresh to reload at once.

What to know

  • Every figure is computed as the signed-in user, so facility rules and patient sensitivity apply. A section the user cannot read, such as voice and AI for nurses and reception, is left out, not shown as zero.
  • A call that runs over its planned length turns amber in On air now.
  • On a database with no sessions, a configuration manager sees Load sample data. Use it on training or evaluation databases, never on live patient data.
