- Filter the prescription list by Awaiting Verification.
- Open the prescription and review the patient, product, formulation, route, dose, frequency, quantity, instructions, validity, and formulary context.
- Add a verification note if required by local policy.
- Select Verify.
What happens next
The prescription becomes Verified and each medicine line retains a reference snapshot of the approved medication information used at verification. If independent verification is required locally, the prescriber cannot verify their own prescription.
