Acknowledge a NEWS2 escalation

Clinicians.Escalations are the observations that need a clinician's attention. A clinician reviews the patient, documents the action taken, and acknowledges the escalation.
Acknowledge
- Open Nursing → Pending Escalations. Every row is a set of observations that is awaiting acknowledgement.
- Select a row and review the score, the risk and the recommended response.
- Assess the patient.
- Enter what you did in Acknowledgement Note.
- Select Acknowledge Escalation. Your name and the time are recorded, and the escalation state becomes
Acknowledged.
