Review possible duplicates

Lets an authorised reviewer decide whether a possible duplicate is not a duplicate or should be sent for formal merge review.
Steps
- Open Healthcare > Patient Administration > Duplicate Review.
- Compare the two patient records and the evidence shown.
- Select Not a Duplicate when the people are clearly different.
- Select Route for HIM Merge Review when the evidence requires a formal merge decision.
- Add a concise review note that explains the decision.
What happens next
The decision and reviewer are retained with the duplicate-review record. The visible outcomes are Pending Review, Not a Duplicate, and Requires HIM Merge Review. A formal merge process remains governed by the organisation’s policy; it is not carried out automatically by this screen.
