Sets the organisation’s approved pharmacy stock source, issued-medicine location, internal transfer operation, independent-verification rule, and POS prescription-authorisation rule.
Explain the functional choices without exposing warehouse or technical configuration detail:
- Choose the approved stock location from which pharmacy issues medicines.
- Choose the issued-medicine location used to record patient issue and permitted returns.
- Choose the approved internal-transfer workflow used by dispensing.
- Decide whether a prescriber who also holds a pharmacy role may verify their own prescription; where independent verification is enabled, they may not.
- Decide whether POS payment for prescription-required products is blocked until the approved prescription checks have passed.
