Quality or Cold-Chain Lead, Pharmacy Manager, Medical Storekeeper, and authorised Recall Coordinator.
Steps
1Stop issue immediately when an item is suspected to be damaged, expired, temperature-excursion affected, counterfeit, subject to recall, or otherwise not approved for use.
2Identify the product, affected lot or serial, locations, quantities, receipt source, internal movements, and any linked issue records available in the approved traceability view.
3Move or block the physical goods in the designated quarantine or recall-controlled location and record the reason, date, source notice, and responsible owner.
4Assess disposition under the quality, pharmacy, supplier, and regulatory procedure: release, return to supplier, destruction, recall communication, or other approved action.
5Record disposal or return with authorisation and evidence. Retain recall and disposition records according to policy.
