Update service prices

Configuration managers.Service prices can be loaded from a file rather than entered one by one.
Import prices
- Prepare a UTF-8 file with the header kind, code, price. kind is one of test, panel, imaging or consultation. For a consultation, the code is the department code.
- Open the price import and upload the file. The file must not be empty or larger than the limit shown.
- Review the result. Rows that fail are listed with a reason.
