Maintains the approved facility-level record for the PACS or imaging environment used by the operational imaging workflow.
Explain that this page records the facility, display name, approved endpoint type, security requirement, configuration state, and active status. The lifecycle is Draft, Approved, and Retired. Only an approved active record should be selected for operational workflow.
