Maintains the approved versioned record for the terminology and code systems used by the customer’s clinical and operational catalogues.
Explain the fields in functional terms: name, source, version, licence reference, effective-from and effective-to dates, and state. The lifecycle is Draft, Approved, and Retired. The code-system record is governance evidence; it does not replace the customer’s licensing, clinical review, or mapping work.
