Manage calibration and qualification evidence

Biomedical Maintenance Manager, Quality Manager, and authorised Biomedical Engineer.Calibration, qualification, and validation requirements vary by equipment type, clinical use, laboratory accreditation, country, and customer policy. This page defines the functional record expected when the healthcare extension or controlled quality process is enabled; do not present it as a universal default Odoo Maintenance feature.
For each required event, retain the approved record of
- equipment identity, location, reason, due date, method, and acceptance criteria;
- competent person or authorised vendor, reference standard, certificate, and supporting evidence;
- measured result, pass or fail decision, deviation, corrective action, and release authority;
- next due date and linkage to the equipment’s maintenance history.
