Configuration Manager.Explain that a connection record documents the facility, exchange category, direction, operating owner, specification version, and approved operating documentation for an integration. The user-visible connection categories are FHIR R4, HL7 v2, DICOM or DICOMweb, IHE or CDA, payer, health-information exchange, and other. The lifecycle is Draft, Sandbox Tested, Approved, and Retired.
