Authorised oncology clinicians and care team members.
Create an oncology case — patient, facility, optional encounter, confirmed diagnosis, primary disease site, laterality, stage system, treatment intent, and responsible clinician.
Activate, hold, complete, or discontinue the case — a case can be activated only when it has a confirmed diagnosis and primary disease site. Its lifecycle is Draft, Active, On Hold, Completed, Discontinued, or Entered in Error.
Plan a treatment cycle — chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologic, hormonal, radiotherapy, or other treatment; cycle information; planned dates; protocol narrative; and safety state.
Safety-clear and run a cycle — safety clearance requires patient-consent confirmation, regimen verification, allergy review, laboratory review, treatment-day weight, and body-surface-area value where the cycle requires it. The lifecycle is Draft, Safety Cleared, In Progress, Held, Completed, or Cancelled.
Record an oncology evaluation — evaluation type, response category, ECOG performance status, highest toxicity grade, narrative, and sign-off. An evaluation moves from Draft to Signed or Entered in Error.
Review the longitudinal oncology view — cases, cycles, and evaluations linked into the patient timeline.
