Write, finalise, and amend an imaging report

Available to

Radiology User and authorised reporting clinician.

Open the imaging order or study and create or open the associated report.
Confirm patient, study, author, and reporting context.
Enter the report text and identify a critical finding when applicable.
Keep the report Preliminary until it is ready for final clinical sign-off.
Select Final Sign when the report is complete and accurate.
If a final report requires correction, select Amend and preserve the prior-report relationship. Record an amendment reason when required by local policy.
